UNILABS COMPLETES ACQUISITION BY DENMARK’S A.P. MOLLER HOLDING
Geneva, 15 March 2022: Unilabs, the leading European diagnostic services provider, is now part of Denmark’s A.P. Moller Holding, founded and run by the Maersk family. The deal, announced in December 2021, closed today.
